Delivery policies and arrival times

Shipments outside Brazil may have taxes specific to each receiving country. The customer will be responsible for paying these customs taxes.
Custom paintings They take between 10 and 20 days to produce depending on its complexity. If the personalized production agenda is very full of orders, you will be notified before starting the work.
Fine Art Prints They have a production time of 10 days.
When we finish packaging your product, we ship via a private carrier. Therefore, the time it takes to reach you is the sum of the production days + the carrier's delivery time, which will depend on your zip code.
You will only be able to track your order after it has been sent to the carrier, that is, while it is being produced there is no way to track it.
Once the production days have passed, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, along with tracking instructions (carrier website and tracking code). Once published, the order may take one business day to appear on the carrier's tracking page, BUT don't worry, the deadline remains the same and when the carrier releases the shipment in the tracking system you will be able to see the publication day and updated movements.
Don't worry, your painting will be very well packaged.
MY FRAME ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT I DO?
It is very unlikely to happen. However, if upon receiving it you notice any defects, please, at the time of delivery, check if the packaging arrived damaged, if you notice any damage, take a photo of the packaging and open your order with the delivery person. If the frames are damaged, do not accept the product and contact us by sending us a photo of the packaging and the damaged product. We will immediately send your order to production urgently and resend it. If you were not the one who received the product (for example, the concierge), take a photo and keep the product packed in the original box.

DELAYS OR NON-RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
If there is no one to receive it, the order may be returned to the sender's address and the shipping cost of the new shipment will be borne by the buyer. The carrier usually makes two or three delivery attempts.
All our orders are sent by courier and are insured for the value of the purchase. It is very unlikely to be delayed or lost but are subject to this by the carrier. If this happens, in order for the order to be reshipped to the buyer, we need to get a definitive response from the carrier that the order has been lost. This may take up to 15 calendar days from the time we identify the delay and open a search request ticket.
INCORRECT RECIPIENT ADDRESS
If you entered your address incorrectly at the time of purchase, the paintings will be returned to our factory without loss. However, to resend, we will contact you to correct the delivery details and a new shipping charge will be charged. Always check all the details of the chosen art, your personal details and address, as we cannot be held responsible for this error.
