Returns & Exchanges
The consumer has every right to exchange or return the printed pictures within the period stipulated in our exchange policy, so don't worry! However, I kindly ask you to measure your wall before placing the order, to avoid buying the wrong size, since we do not work with stock and your paintings are made exclusively for you (in size, finish, frame color and with the work you choose), so when we have to change a change, we can hardly reuse it for another client. This generates losses and waste for me, since I have to pay all the suppliers and the shipping costs for each shipment. Attention. For a return or exchange, the paintings must be in their original packaging with all transport protections and must be requested by email within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
In case of change:
Send an email to email@example.com indicating the reason and attaching photo(s) of the product(s) and its packaging. Exchanges are not accepted without the original packaging and we are not responsible for products returned poorly packaged and that have arrived with transport damage.
The customer will be responsible for paying for the transportation of the product to be returned.
In case of return
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason and attaching photo(s) of the product(s).
We will send you a shipping label so you can send it by courier or postal mail.
We do not accept returns without the original packaging and we are not responsible for products returned poorly packaged and that have arrived with transport damage.
The refund of the amount paid will be made when the product in question arrives at our address WITHOUT DAMAGE, (If the product is well packed with the original packaging as it was sent and still arrives with damage, we will analyze if it was the fault of the carrier and We will make the refund normally, otherwise the refund will not be made and to send the product again, the shipping must be paid by the customer).
The period for the refund of the amount will depend on the payment method you used to make the purchase. And in the case of credit cards, for example, it depends not only on us, but also on your bank.

What are custom paintings?
To make a custom painting, I have a virtual meeting with the client in which we discuss together the ideas for their original painting. When I have finished painting, I show the result to the client through photographs (and video if necessary) and once approved I send it to them.
It is essential that the registered delivery address is correct, without discrepancies or typographical errors. If the customer enters an address with the wrong postal code, street, neighborhood, number, complement or name of the recipient, the product will be returned to us automatically.
In places where home delivery is restricted or after two delivery attempts in which the recipient is absent, the product will be available at the nearest carrier office for seven calendar days.
If the product is not collected within the indicated period, it will be automatically returned to us. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
